Manaz is a culture and change specialist with extensive experience in organisational change, leadership development and consulting. Manaz has a strong track record of designing and implementing evidence-based strategies, leadership programmes and coaching initiatives that enable organisations to build inclusive, purposeful and productive workplaces. Her work spans advising senior leaders, partnering with multinational organisations and delivering interventions that drive meaningful cultural change. An accomplished strategist, facilitator and keynote speaker, Manaz is committed to enabling individuals and organisations to thrive.

Manaz played an integral role in the team awarded Diversity Team of the Year at the European Diversity Awards 2025. She was also recognised as one of the Women Who Change the World in 2023 and shortlisted for the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Influencer of the Year award by the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion in 2022.

Gina Warren is an organisational development consultant specialising in inclusion and change within higher education and research organisations. With nearly 20 years' experience at the University of Cambridge, she has led and supported institution-wide work spanning Athena Swan, research culture, staff engagement, governance, equality impact assessment and strategic planning.

Working with leaders, teams and institutions, Gina helps organisations strengthen culture, embed incusion and navigate change effectively to improve organisational performance. 

Known for combining strategic insight with a pragmatic and collaborative approach, she supports clients to translate ambitious goals into clear, achievable actions that deliver lasting impact.
